  • 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

  • We found that the marinade and cheese sauce provide ample seasoning, so additional salt and pepper are often not needed during cooking. However, feel free to adjust to your taste while searing the meat if desired.
  • If you don’t have fresh garlic on hand, you can substitute garlic powder for the minced garlic. A general guideline is 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for every clove of garlic.
